What is your response time after we emailed you?

We usually reply within 48 hours and we apologise for the no response during weekends as we are usually out providing Photo Booth and Photography services.

How long have you been providing Photo Booth and Photography services?

We started in year 2014 and since then we have scaled up our current operations to 4 photo entertainment at a single time slot.

Are you a freelancer or company?

We are a photo entertainment agency operating as a brand under our main mother company, DOPE ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD. (Co Reg No. 201729324E).

I’m confused and need a variety of photography services for my event. What should I do?

We need more services beside photography, are you able to provide more?

Yes we do! Our parent company Dope Entertainment Pte Ltd provides Modular Event Support services ranging from staging and fabrication, Audio/Visual, event decors and experiential marketing.We also have an extensive list of vetted vendors providing a holistic event experience!

If required, we can have a discussion at yours or our office.

How do we confirm your services?

- 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking via Bank Transfer to our OCBC Account
- Balance of 50% in exact cash on the event day itself after we have completed the service

Photo Print-outs

What are the available photo print-out sizes and dimensions?

We provide 4R / Half 4R (double sided) / Photo Strip / Wallet Size / Photo Strip. Refer to https://www.tinyphoto.com.sg/print-size-guide/ for more details.

If required, add-on options are available to print in 5R, 6R and 8R sizes.

How is the photo print-out presented?

We provide clear plastic sleeves where your guests can put their printed photo in it.

Alternatively, you can consider to have the following add-on options:

  1. Paper Photo Frame [ 4R / 5R / 6R ]
    1. single side mount (single window on one side)
    2. double side mount (double window on each side)
  2. Photo Standee with Window [ 4R / 5R ]
  3. Hot Stamping Mould (Gold/Silver) on Paper Photo Frame / Photo Standee
  4. Acrylic Frame

Can we have more than 1 photo print-out size?

Yes it is possible, do indicate if you do require this special arrangement. Our current print size is 4R, Half 4R, photostrip and wallet size.

How It Works:
Select 1 photo print-out size > Pose & Take Photo > Photo Printed!

What do you mean by customisation of photo print-outs?

It means the design of the photo frame where you can have your event name / event date / company logo / etc; Our system will automatically embed the shots taken onto the printout photo frame design before it is printed.

What do you mean by “design of the photo printout template”?

To make every event a unique experience, the photo print-out is customised to fit your event theme, so your guests have an strong memory everytime they look at the print-out.

Upon confirmation of our service, our designer will reach out to you with an interactive design form collecting your event details, design requirements, photo print size, and the layout for the print-out.

Do note that unique complex illustrations and usage of stock images are not part of the package, and will be charged accordingly if requested.

How many revisions do we get for the photo print-out?

After collecting the info through the design form, our designer will come up with a draft with 2 style matching your design requirements, which you will choose 1 style for further amendments. You are entitled up to 3 revisions, and additional revisions will be charged at $30/revision.

Do I get the soft copies of the photos taken?

Of course! We will send the edited photos via Dropbox link. We also will post watermarked photos onto our online gallery for easy sharing. If you require password protected gallery, or that photos does not get posted online, do indicate to us early so we can note it down as a special requirement.

Backdrops

What is the size of the backdrop?

Our standard photobooth backdrop is around 2.4x2.3m.

How many backdrops can we choose from?

If you have a design in mind, we do provide customised backdrop too!

Have any couples actually used their own photo backdrop while engaging your services?

We recommend using our backdrop as it is best fit into our photobooth setup. If you have a design in mind, we do provide customised backdrop too!

GeBiz

Are you GeBiz registered?

Yes we are, and we are pretty well-versed in the process!

Some of our clients which uses GeBiz includes Singapore Police Force, National Youth Corp, Singapore Armed Forces as well as the various Ministries.

And we accept e-invoice via GeBiz!

Photo Booth

How much space do you need?

Typically we need a 3m by 3m space with a working power socket within 5m away, preferably in the same room where your guests gather. The more people see the photobooth, the more they will take photos.

How much time do you need to setup?

We normally arrive 1 hour before the actual photobooth time to set up.

Do you need wifi connection?

Our photobooth does not require any wifi connection.

Does your Photo Booth comes with a photographer?

Our photobooth setup is semi-automated where you guests can view how they pose through the live view monitor. What is so special about us is that our booth is clicker controlled by our booth assistant to ensure that your guests are always ready for their shots unlike the usual timer based booth that always caught your guests in surprise.

How many staff will be present to man the photo booth on the day?

2 crew members

Is there any watermark (Tiny Photo logo) on the printout?

There will not be any watermark on the printouts, the watermark can only be seen on the photos posted on the online gallery, click here to see example.

At the end of your event, we will send you the high resolution photos without any watermark via cloud.

How fast is your photo printer?

Our commercial dye-sub photo printer can print one 4R photo in about 8 seconds.

Can I choose props?

We have a whole room of props so choosing props can be a logistics nightmare for you! We have currently classify our props between wedding, corporate events, as well as general props to ensure that your guests gets the most appropriate props to use during your event.

If you do have a specific theme, do let us now early so that we can help you select from our current inventory.

For customisation of foamboard props, we do sell them at $60 for 5x A3 size.

How many tables + chairs we will need to set up for you / can you bring your own?

It will be good if the venue can provide 1 table for us, otherwise we can bring our own table (please let us know in advance).

Do you provide Green Screen Photo Booth?

Yes we do!

When will we be able to get our photos?

Photos will be uploaded to our website after post-editing within 7 days from the event date, the web URL will be given to the organizer. The edited soft copies of photos will also be send to you via Dropbox for your own sharing as well.

GIF Booth

How much space do you need?

What is the difference between Photo Booth and GIF Booth?

Our Photo Booth takes photos and instantly print out your photos while our GIF booth create animated GIF files that play your photos in a loop where you can get the animated clip via your email instantly and you can post them on your social medias! You can get instant prints on all the photos taken to make your animated GIF file too!

What is the minimum number of photos that needs to be taken for your GIF Booth service?

For best effect, 3 images is required.

How do you send the GIF/guest images to their email? Will there be a kiosk or iPad?

We have a separate tablet based sharing station where guests can key in their email address to have the file sent to them.

Instagram Booth

How much space do you need?

Our foot print for the instagram booth is pretty small, we only require a table space with a working power point nearby.

How much time do you need to setup?

We normally arrive 30 minutes before the actual engagement time to set up the instagram booth.

Do you need wifi connection?

For single day engagement, we will provide our wifi connection. For long term engagement, separate arrangement can discussed.

If my guests do not have an Instagram account, can they still have their photos printed?

As photos are crowdsourced through Instagram, it is a must that they have an Instagram account.

In the instagram booth package, the crew included is only for tech support and printing. If you require additional manpower to help take photos of the guests, it can be arranged at S$20/hour, with a min of 2 hours.

If my guests Instagram account is private, can they get their photos printed?

Guests will need to set their account to PUBLIC before posting their photos with the predetermined hashtag to allow our app to pull the photo from instagram. We normally advise the guests to set to PUBLIC to print, and set back to private once they get their prints.

Roving Photography with Instant Prints

How much space do you need?

We just a need a table space for a printer and a laptop for our instant print station for roving photographer, as well a working power point.

How much time do you need to setup?

We normally arrive 30 minutes before the actual engagement time to set up our print station.

Do you need wifi connection?

We will provide our own internet access as venue wifi may not be stable enough for the transfer of images, so no worries!

How many photos can we expect to be shot?

For roving photography with instant printing, we focus on getting group shots to capture the happy faces for your audience. Our roving photographer will walk around the venue and try their best to engage your audience.

The numbers of shot we can expect depend largely on the spontaneity and participation level of your audience, as well as the crowd size. People tend to be shy when approached to be photograph, my photographer will be at their best to get the poses out of your guests.

If you have a specific photo corner, it usually gets more shots as people will more likely want to be photographed.

How fast can our guests get their photos?

After being photographed, our assistant will retrieve the photos from our photographer, which we will do the onsite color correction, overlay the customized print overlay, as well as printing and slotting of plastic sleeves.

Typically, the photos will be ready within 10 minutes.

Delay in printing may be caused by photos with continuous large groups of guests, which will cause the print queue to be extended.

How long is the post-processing of photos?

Depending on the seasonal period, post processing will roughly take around 2 to 4 weeks for the photos to be returned to you. Do indicate early if you require the certain photos early for marketing and PR purposes, so that we can prep the photographer early to pull some images for you.

Can we get the RAW files?

No, we only deliver edited high resolutions photos in jpeg format.

I have a preferred photographer, and I would like to use him/her instead of the photographer you guys provide. Can you work with him/her on the instant printing?

Due to the different photography setup and unfamiliarity of operations between our print crew and your photographer, we will not be able to accommodate to your request for your preferred photographer.

Are the prints distributed out by an assistant or self-collected at a station?

We try to distribute. As we want to make sure that all your guests get a copy home, self-collect at our station is highly recommended!

Table to Table Shots with Instant Prints

How much space do you need?

How many photos will a table gets?

Every guest in the photo will be given a copy.

If my guest wants an additional print, is it okay?

As the table shots are usually the last segment of the event, especially for weddings, we are usually in a mad rush to print out all the photos before the guests left the venue, thus we may not be able to accommodate to this request, but rest assured, everyone will go home with their photos!

Any bundle package price for this with your Photo Booth / GIF Booth?

Is the person who is taking table shots, a professional photographer?

Yes, he/she is a professional photographer.

Is there a time limit that we have to complete all table to table shots? Like within 1 hour?

There isnt a fixed timing to complete the table shots, but to ensure every guests gets their photos in time, we will recommend that the tables shot gets clear as soon as possible before the people starts leaving! Depending on the total numbers of tables, we will recommend that we spend about 1 to 3 minutes per table. And to facilitate the smooth operations, please assign a person in charge to prep the next few tables for the photo shoot

Do let us know in advance if there is a break in between table shots or any other special arrangement so that we can prep our manpower .
